The AHA|SA has been successful in receiving grant funding through the Office for Small and Family Business to deliver a range of Small Business Fundamentals training and workshops.

As part of this program, the AHA|SA is pleased to offer FREE* Leadership Training for AHA|SA members throughout 2024 and 2025.

Each session will open for registration 6 weeks before the session date. 

There is a maximum of 2 attendees per venue for each session and the sessions are aimed at management level staff. Places are strictly limited.

*Please note, any cancellations require 48 hours notice otherwise a late cancellation fee may apply.

Leading Business – Inspire, Lead, Succeed
This one-day workshop is for anyone looking to build and support a positive workplace culture.  One that is collaborative and where the team is engaged.  Learn skills to navigate change and how to lead the team through it. You will also gain insights on the transition from team member to manager, acquiring the skills and mindset needed for effective leadership. A day to build your business leadership skills and build a great place to work. 

Facilitator team
Each workshop will be facilitated by the team from ISC Consulting. The ISC team brings expertise from diverse industries, dedicated to building the skills of team members, leaders, and organisations.  All the facilitators have hands on people and leadership experience and will share their experiences with you in these engaging and interactive workshops.
