strengthen your impact, the AHA|SA’s Leadership & Management workshop series
offers practical, engaging, and industry relevant training to help you lead
with confidence.
Across
three standalone one-day workshops - Discover the Leader in You, Lead
Teams that Thrive and Perform, and Leadership in Action: Culture, Change
and Conversations - participants will build essential leadership skills,
from self-awareness and communication to team performance and cultural
influence.
Choose
to attend one or join all three to gain a powerful toolkit to lead effectively
in the dynamic hospitality industry.

Overview
Workshop 1: Discover the Leader in You
Unlock your leadership potential in
this one-day workshop where participants will deepen their self-awareness,
uncover their unique leadership style and strengths, and explore how these
impact those around them. Through practical tools and reflection, they’ll build
the confidence to make decisions, communicate with clarity, and take the next
step into leadership with purpose.
Workshop 2: Lead Teams that Thrive and
Perform
Develop the skills to lead teams
that are empowered to perform. This one-day workshop explores what it takes to
build a high performing team. Participants will learn how trust, open
communication, and shared goals lay the foundation for strong team dynamics.
Through interactive sessions, you will strengthen your ability to give and
receive feedback, foster collaboration, and set purposeful team goals that
drive results.
Workshop 3: Leadership in Action: Culture,
Change and Conversations
Be confident in the everyday work of
leadership. This one-day workshop explores how to shape a positive workplace
culture, lead through change, and approach tough conversations with clarity and
impact. Through practical tools and interactive sessions, participants will
build the confidence to step up as leaders, influence others, hold
accountability, and support their teams through change and challenge.

be facilitated by the team from ISC Consulting. The ISC team brings expertise
from diverse industries, dedicated to building the skills of team members,
leaders, and organisations. The facilitators have hands on people and
leadership experience and will share their experiences with you in these
engaging and interactive workshops.
