Basic Gaming Training

Basic Training Booking Feb, March, April 2020.pdf

All training required for gaming employees and gaming managers must be recognised by CBS.

The AHA|SA wishes to remind you that we are in the process of submitting our application to CBS for approval to deliver this course.

Gaming employees who have not previously undertaken gaming training must complete RSG 1 (formerly Basic Gaming Training) within 3 months of being appointed  through the BOEN system.  There are two ways in which your staff can complete RSG 1 training:

Enrol your staff into a face to face course conducted at the AHA Building, 4th floor, 60 Hindmarsh Square Adelaide.  This is a 2 day course 9am to 5pm both days.

OR

Enrol your staff into the AHA|SA on-line course, which is a self paced, online platform complete training.  As a venue it is your responsibility to ensure your staff have the IT skills and abilities plus an appropriate device to engage with the on-line Portal.

Costs are the same for both delivery types .  Until our new on-line booking system is in place, please email eturley@ahasa.asn.au that you wish RSG 1 Online for your staff member.  Please provide their name, DOB, Badge number if they have one and their personal email address.
