Customer service is at the heart of the hospitality sector, and yet with the challenges of the previous year, engaging with customers has presented some unique challenges. This session will focus on building and strengthening our customer relationships, particularly when the landscape has changed, and discuss how to adapt to the ‘new’ customer service.
