Partnering with a third party training provider, Maybo (, the project will provide AHA|SA members with access to customer conflict resolution training. The 1 day face to face course will provide staff with skills in the following areas:

  • Understanding preventative measures to conflict and reducing risk
  • Knowing how to use de-escalation strategies
  • Learning defusing skills
  • Identifying and planning to reduce risk
  • Recognising instinctive reactions
  • Undertaking a dynamic risk assessment to inform decision making
  • Identifying post-incident considerations
