The Leukaemia Foundation have recently announced the winner of their U.G.L.Y Bartender of the Year competition. Over 190 South Australian bartenders took part in this year's U.G.L.Y battle, raising over $268,000 between them, the highest ever raised in SA. The winner was Celeste Hill from the Anglers Inn Wallaroo who raised almost $11,000 for the cause. Funds raised help regional families who have been impacted by leukaemia and need to spend often lengthy periods of time in the city for vital treatment. The average stay at the Leukaemia Foundations accommodation is between five and twelve months. For more information and the full list of results please click here.
