Retaining quality staff is one of the biggest challenges facing the accommodation hotel industry today. The AHA -TAA will be launching its annual National Salary Survey on 5 August. The report is proving to be a valuable tool for members to ensure they are paying their employees in line with the current market rate – helping you attract and retain staff.
Exclusive to members, the National Salary Survey has been developed specific to the hotel accommodation industry. You can be confident that salary and benefits data collected covers a comprehensive range of full-time salaried hotel management employees across your business.
To ensure TAA is able to provide an accurate picture of the movements in the salary levels across the industry over the past financial year, your participation is crucial.
Properties who do not participate or complete in the National Salary Survey, will not be eligible to receive a copy of the survey results.
All information provided will remain strictly confidential and there will be no identification of any property within the final report.
Invitations for the 2019 National Salary Survey will be emailed to General Managers.
Please note that this year the survey will be open for 4 weeks until Friday 30 August with reports available through the Survey portal on Wednesday 9 September 2019.
