The Liquor and Gambling Commissioner has advised that the Barring and Online Employee Notification (BOEN) system URL has changed effective from 1 June 2020.
The new URL is https://www.boen.agd.sa.gov.au/
Please ensure that you update any saved bookmarks for BOEN with the new URL as the previous URL will only remain accessible for a short time.
CBS have also created a new BOEN user guide, which has been attached below for your reference. You can download the user guide from the secure area of the Gaming Care Website www.gamingcare.org.au
BOEN Administrators are reminded to please confirm that venue contact details stored in BOEN, particularly email addresses, are up to date to ensure that venues receive barring related correspondence.
