The Gambling Helpline has a new look and a new number. The new logo replaces the existing one with the number consistent with the national number of 1800 858 858.
As it will take some time to fully transition to the national number, both numbers will be around for a short period of time, in venues and on marketing material.
The Office for Problem Gambling will be updating their printed resources to reflect these changes and Gaming Care Officers will assist venues with the transition process as new materials/resources become available. The existing Gambling Helpline Cards currently in venues are still acceptable and comply with the Code of Pracitce.
