Owen is able to assist members with all queries relating to human resources and industrial relations including: Award/Industrial Instrument interpretation, all employment documentation including Contracts of Employment, work health and safety, workers compensation, training, equal opportunity and all other staffing or employment related queries.

Scott is responsible for membership retention and recruitment. He organises all regional meetings and can assist members with their insurance, electricity and telecommunication requirements.

Katherine manages Tourism Accommodation Australia (SA), the Accommodation Division of the Association which comprises of Adelaide’s biggest Accommodation hotels. Katherine is also responsible for the communications of the Association, overseeing communication with AHA|SA members and external stakeholders. Katherine also oversees the industry magazine Hotel SA, and the AHA|SA podcast Our Shout.

Lucy manages the AHA|SA Major Event calender and networking events including the Hotel Industry Awards for Excellence, Trade Show, Conferencing and the Women in Hotels network. She also acquires and manages the relationships with the many Corporate Partners that invest into the association. Lucy also manages the various social media platforms of the AHA|SA and coordinates 'Pubs with Heart' funding projects.

Didier can assist with Liquor Management Plans, licence applications, limited licence applications and general advice in relation to liquor and gaming related matters.

Liz is responsible for coordinating the training courses for the Association including Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Training, Basic Gaming Training and Advanced Gaming Training.

The Finance and Administration team are responsible for all of the Associations finance and administration requirements. They also oversee the Licensee’s Liquor Guide, which is available for members.
