Twelve hotel finalists battled it out front of an expert judging panel in July 2023 for the title of “SA’s Best Pub Burger” - sponsored by Thomas Foods Australia

THE RULES

• The competition is open to AHA|SA Members only
• Must be available on your current hotel menu as of 1 March 2023
• Pattie must be Beef or Lamb and made on-site at the hotel (no commercial products allowed)
• Pattie must be made from either minced or shredded meat, not a whole muscle
• Burger must be presented in bun-style bread
• Priced at no more than $26 Inc GST

HOW TO ENTER
Entry is free! Complete the entry form and submit with a colour photograph of your burger by Friday 2 June 2023. Dependent on number of entries there will be an ‘elimination round’ conducted through a blind tasting in front of an expert panel. All entries will be personally contacted by mid- June to advise them of their status in the competition and advise of the process toward the final cook-off.
