The South Australian Government has developed a Small Business Strategy after undertaking extensive consultation with the small business community, including the AHA|SA.

One of the initiatives developed as part of this strategy is the Small Business Fundamentals Program, designed to deliver business fundamentals and capacity-building services with the small business community.

The AHA|SA is delighted to have been selected as a delivery partner for the small business fundamentals program, in partnership with the South Australian Government and the Office of Small and Family Business.

The program is being delivered in 3 streams via workshops and training:

• Financial Management, Cash Flow and Budgeting, delivered by Bentleys - click here for more information and session times
   
• Leadership and Management, delivered by ISC Consulting Group - click here for more information and course dates
   
• Digital Marketing, delivered by Digital Marketing AOK - click here for more information and workshop times

The delivery of these sessions will be across Adelaide metropolitan areas, regional areas and online and will be offered FREE for AHA|SA members, thanks to the support of the Office for Small and Family Business.

The program will be running until June 2025.
