HR/IR Session - 9.45am to 10.45am
The HR/IR Team will be conducting a session on Performance Management prior to the Regional Meeting for interested members. This session is free to attend and will run for 1 hour commencing at 9:45am (the Regional Meeting commences at 11am). Attendees will receive an understanding of how to performance manage employees, including the steps that should be taken. Some helpful hints and tips will also be provided.
